The name of the precious, handmade incense perfume amur par fumée, on the one hand, stands for the love for fine fragrances and equally honors the uniqueness of the endangered Amur Tiger, who lives in eastern Russia and northern China.

Our Approach


The strategic decisions that’ll put a company ahead of the curve years from now need to be made beginning day one. As a startup business, amur par fumée was aware of that fact. Therefore, our focus was on high-class branding, elegant product labels and an outstanding website that build a bridge to the amur par fumée products.



A well-defined (and well grounded) startup branding strategy acts as a roadmap. We agreed to design a fresh, modern, and luxury logo – like the ones of superior perfume brands. The fresh turquoise color of the font balances the warmth of the tiger fur dot. The fonts are typical for perfume brands and communicate subconsciously a feeling of high quality. The dark background with subtle smoke speaks of elegance.

Our client was fascinated by the website of a japanese luxury perfume brand. They liked specially the landing page design, with three vertical columns, instead of the traditional navigation bar. This required to develop a horizontal version of this landing page for small mobile devices. The design of the Coming Soon page speaks of class and quality and provided a count-down timer for the launch of the new website. As usual, we built the WebDesign on a strategic Marketing flow-diagram, to ensure the correct guidance of website visitors. At the request of the customer, the website offers an order form – as a shop integration is planned at a later date. Aesthetic space, captivating images, and soft animation flow of the content stimulate the sensation of a premium website experience.

Label designing is an important aspect of packaging and branding. Labeling products effectively plays a vital role in the development of a brand’s image within a target market. Therefore, amur par fumée wanted us to design labels for its exclusive perfumed incense.



Whether one is launching a new project or business or working to grow an existing enterprise, social media branding should be central to the strategy. Therefore, we designed customized social media banners (Twitter, Google+, YouTube) for amur par fumée, as well.
